Slice of rye bread, spread generously with sour cream. Slice up veggies (I used bell peppers and tomatoes) and tofu (it was flavored with dill) and put on the grill. Drizzle over with olive oil, add salt, pepper and basil. Just to have something cool and refreshing on the side I sliced up some cucumbers.
